Plz some one help me out in matter - one ancestral property is not demarked but still was mortgaged by two successors out of 3 of the same with 2 co-op societies without consent of 3rd successor.
Plz advise me on the topic and suggest the links of Decided Case Laws in support of your opinion.
Plz help me out in this matter.
