Me and my husband have invested in a property. In the sales agreement, we included only my husband's name. we gave an initial amount in cash and the rest we availed a loan in my husband's name. Now the apartment is ready for registration. We want to 1. register the apartment in both our names. 2. Move the loan to my name alone.
Please let me know that if we get a assignment deed from the builder, can we avail a loan in my name and register the property in both our names?
