The building is about 40 years old located in Khar West. The building is poorly maintained. I want to know the redevelopment prospects of this building.
Total 7 stories 1 flat per floor. Each floor has total built up area of about 1500 sq ft excluding staircase and elevator.
Very limited space around the building compound, only 1 car can pass from both sides. 1 sedan car can be parked verically in front and 3 cars verically 1 behind another in the back of the compound. Hope you get some idea about total plot size.
The building is inside a very narrow lane, of about 6 meters wide lane.
I am very novice on FSI/TDR matters.
I wanted to know will this building get enough FSI / TDR when it needs to be redeveloped? Will there be any possibility of redevelopment now that the FSI is linked to road widdth?
