solution does exists;

1. Tell in court during first motion that I am ready to deposit all as per our Agreement / MoU in Court during first motion "SUBJECT" to release of such deposits before court release at the time of her statement during second motion and with a MCD Decree handover by court all that has been deposited in Court as per agreement. There is no coercion / there is no fraud / there is no duress. Onlything here is that big papa (court)  will not agree based on current societal trend so that is where your argument comes handy.

2. You are not saying No to joint terms and conditions of MCD but this is the way to say YES to greedy folks. Now ball is in their court wherein true intention will come out on of their eagerness for MCD. The more strongly you negotiate as per yoru terms the faster you will get a MCD is my view when wif eis yoping and eager to get married fast, rest is as per your capacity and understanding of societal trend and how to turn it in your favour.....

Dear mr. arun kumar is there is any law that after 6 month if she fails to sign   2 nd motion then all the things which were given at the time of fist motion or a lumsum amount must be given back y

or

we can take some assurance in written sepreately from the party that if u fail to sign the mcd in second motion  will it be abide in  court of law

1. No. Com'n ladies ask for maint. ups "compensation" and not bartering man !

2. But once compensation taken and now not agreeing to give MCD then one can use reasoning of Mr Justice Dhingra ji's recent judgment on similar case

Now don't ask for the citation becuase you should first ocme to stage 1 as advised with yoru advocate and tell yoru advoacte to search for the citation afterall you will be hiring his services na nothing comes free in family law......
