Dear Sirs, May I know the final decision of the Honorable Supreme Court regarding the calculation of MVAT for the flats purchased between the calendar year 2006 to 2010? There was a discussion going on about calculating the same on the basis of the stage at which the flat is purchased. (maximum for initial stage and zero for ready possession) Thanks.
