Hi,
My Dad have some 15 cents of land registered in his name. My Mother also has some 20 cents of land registered in her name. Both are having a single compund wall.
They have patta, E.B bill, Water bill in their names only.
My Dad had First wife, and there is a daughter born for his first wife(She is no more).
Me, along with my two sisters are born for My mother(Second Wife).
My Dad and Mother are planning to sell their property for their own purpose.
Will there be any legal problem for them to sell the land.
Do we(Me, My Sisters, first wife's daughter ) have rights to claim share in the property?
Or they can sell those lands according to their wish? Please clarify
