name change is necessary or not

respected sir , i am from andhra , recently i have changed my name and it has been notified in central gazette. i have to apply for assistant professor Post in my state so can I give my changed name in the application form along with the gazette notification . but I have not changed name in my educational certificates so will they reject application if I apply to that Post with new name pls answer sir

When your name change is published in Gazette, you have to use that name only in every aspect in future and enclose copy of gazette. While writing your name first write the changed name and with in brackets use alias .........................(old name). For example if your old name is X and new name is Y as changed in Gazette write as Y....(alias X )
