Am karthi working as an lecturer in polytechnic,on 2003 i got registered a land from rajesh actually rajesh father mr ram is a gaurdian of this property ,ram is a brother of ravi who is mentally challenged,ram,ravi and natraj are three brothers their father is subramani he divided his property to their children on 1966, ram and ravi has died some decades back,now what is the problem is the ramaining one is there mr natraj he told that his father registered that particular property (what i bought)to his(natraj)name like that he appealed but he is not having any registered signature and all,he is just having a paper in that paper only he got his fathers sign,,,,,this is the synopsis of my case,,,,,,,case is still going for 8 to 9 years i don knoe what to do....can any one give suggestions or any advocates number......plz guide me......................
