Dear sir,
1. i am doing a teaching job in state govt. on contract(samvida) basis upto 3 then they decide whether you are eligible for regular and now i have completed 1.5 year of this job.
2. i have applied for a job of regular type and got selected in that job but i have not informed to my present employer due to working in contract period and also to new employer . in contract organisation and new organisation both have NPS facility .both jobs in same state.
3. is their any problem can be happened if i have not informed what can i do in this situation ?
