Hii,
I would like to purchase one flate for which my room owner has aked NOC from Society. Secretary of the socaiety has put one condition on NOC that we have to take NOC from Social Welfare Department Mumbai as society is belonging to Scheduled Cast Category. I also belongs to Scheduled Cast Category. If somebody guid me for following issues, pls call me on Cell No- 9819221336.
1) What is proceedure to apply for NOC from Social Welfare Dept.?
2) Is there any income layer?
3) Shall i need to go through proceedure?
Please help me to resolve the issue.
