Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you so much for provining an opportunity to clear my confusion here.
1. I had given cash loan of 5 Lakh (Cash not NEFT) 2 years back,and i have duly signed Non CTS cheques of HDFC bank. cheque clarence date is 5th Apr 2016 and another cheque on 6 June 2016.
2. However since this being a NON CTS cheque can this be deposited (HDFC bank)
3. My friend is not willing to either give me back the money or he is not ready for anything.
4. He does not pick my calls and i am unaware of his current location in Bangalore.
5. He tells me that if i call him again he is not going to block my number.
I am confused as i have very less evidence, and i have given the money on trust and he has breached it.
Please help with the solution.
