Let your lawyer issue legal notice.

Send a legal notice to your client.

You can also send notice to said client but sending legal notice will be preferrable to you.

It may cause your drafting in notice if you send it yourself and lawyer wont be clear said damage later in law proceedings.

Hi,

Notice sent by you personal is also valid but it is always advisable to send a legal notice through a lawyer.. because a lawyer is wel aware of the things to be mentioned in the notice so that it can be a good evidence if the matter goes before the court.

As advised by experts you may issue a legal demand notice and if intention illustrates cheating,  a criminal complaint may lodged in the police station too.
