2. The plot and layout comes under HMDA Andhra Pradesh limits
3. Actual measurements reflects 206 sq yds due to neighbours encroachments.
4. The neighbours have constructed buildings with compound walls.
5. We want to purchase the open plot and construct a loan by applying for loan.
Doubt 1. Whether registration of the plot can be done with actual measurements which differ from the measurements in layout.
2. Will it affect any future transactions on the said plot after construction of the house.
