I am the Owner of the Chawl, One of my Pagadi Tenants in Chawl not residents in his room (which is on first floor) since last two years causing his room and surrounding area damage. Also the Ground floor tenants complain the same. Tenants come to his room in one time in a month for checking.
Q. Can I file a case to vacate the room for same without informing the said Tenants?
Q. If I file the case and in between the case they start leaving in his room then what will happen?
Q. What is the correct method to go ahead?
