Please let me know that do we have any law related with patternity leave in india.

If we have then provide me a copy of that.

While the concept of paternity leave is catching up worldwide as a measure of gender equality, unfortunately there is no law currently in force in India which entitles the father of a child to have paternity leave!!

DearAkhil, Unlike maternity leave there is no specific law relating to paternity leave for the employees in India.However, many MNC's, Indian large corporate houses and international NGO'S are giving paternity leave which may vary form 7 days to 15 days but this is only as per individual company policy.
