Dear Sir
I have recently joined an autonomous body on immediate absorption from central government job. Considering duration of my previous service, I am entitled for pension from my previous job. I don't want to count my previous service in the present job and i want to continue drawing my pension from the Central Government. Can I get pay protection in the present job without deduction of my pension if i dont count my service rendered in last job with the Central Governemnt? Would be grateful if rule position on the same can be clarified.
