Personal loan one emi due

Record the abusive language (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted).

Why the salary is not credited? Is it due to;say:::  demonetisation?

Have you written to employer under proper acknowledgment?

Have you written to M/s BajajFinserv under proper acknowledgment?

Generically speaking; lender has nothing to do with your credit of salary!

Yes sir already record all calls and i have whitnesed also

and my employer says that salary credit next month . because some PA problem

and i already mail BajajFinserve yesterday. but still no rply from them.

so if they force me or next time they harash me. what should i do

alread my all EMI clear only current month EMI pending due date 5-dec-2016

How did employer say to you: verbally or in writing?

What is PA problem?

Pay installment properly.  Thats the onl solution.  Next time dont take loan if you cant repay back on time.

One should avoid borrowing.

One may borrow only if one can pay.

If one has borrowed, one should pay.

Lenders jump to opportunity of default by borrower and borrower end up paying penal charges and face harassment too.
