possession of property by court orders and bellifs help

despite of orders from high court and lower courts to break the lock and acquire possession of the property with the help of bellifs of the court,can a third person for example servant of the tenant can put objection on the spot and stop the court bellifs from breaking the locks? this has happened with me and my advocate says that i have to file a writ petition against the servant of my tenant in the high court and this will take another year and ahalf for me to take the possession of my own property. IS IT SO? PLZ HELP ME

if some one / third parties objecting the process of execution, you again need to approach the same Court by was of application for police protection to baliff and for yourself during break  open of the door and delivery of possession

is this rule applicable in maharashtra also?  my darkhwas (suite) is filed in 2004. is maharashtra rent control act applicable on my case also?
