Power of Attorney

I am an NRI. If I want to Power of Attorney to my father for a specifc property in my name to carry out any tasks required, including selling, can I mention that the sale proceeds shall be in the name of Principal? Is it valid? This is to show proper accounts from my side. I would appreciate all your clarifications.

Best Regards
