Sir,
I was working with a company from the last three months but due to some reasons i have resigned. I was in probabtion period for six months and i would like to know that when a person is under probabtion period is it mandatory to serve the notice period.In my appointment letter this thing has not been clearly mentioned, though it is written that notice period will be for 30 days but i want to know that is it compulsory to serve the notice period under probabtion period.Looking forward to a reply.
