U should file RTI applications with LIC and PNB. I have posted a file containing format and guidelines for filing RTI applications for central govt matters. PNB & LIC are central govt entities. U can read other files on RTI posted on this website by me for further followup. U can visit web sites [RTI icon} of bank and lic for address of CPIO. U can also simultaneously avail Customer Grievances Redressal Machinery of bank and lic through their websites.
