Property dispute

we had property in my grand father name 30 guntas(1970s), while the property was in my grand father name itself they sold 10 guntas from it with my father and uncle signature. my grandfather had 2 sons.in that my grand father signed under witness column. again after 2 yrs they sold 6 guntas and again my grand father signed under witness column in registration paper but still that the property was in grand father name. after that whole was moved to my uncle(elder son) name(1990s). Do my father too has equal share in the property. there is a daughter also to my grand father can she is also claim for equal share since it is retained as undevided property. Is there any time constraint? plz suggest
