Kindly give some solution to the given problem. It is as follows.
--> The Property Deed is in the name of My GRAND MOTHER.
-- > My Grandfather renounced his life 18 years back and became a Monk (Madathipathi) in Monastery.
---> My Father made a Sale Agreement ( of Rs.1 Lakh) with the Third Party without my Knowledge.
75000/- had been received. Remaining amount is not received by him, in time.
Third Party filed a Case against my Father, in the Court.
My Father didn't appear for the given summons.
Finally, The Court delivered the Property to the Third Party, through Deed.
---> On one fine Morning; V.O. Ameenaa; Sub Inspectors; Vedio Photographer came and deleivered the
Property to the Third Party, by Court's Order.
I and My mother were on the Street, that day.

Shall I have the right over the Property?
In the mentioned Dispute, My Grandfather; My Father; My Father's sister played a TRICK, indirectly.
My mother and me became Victims.

The Lawyer involved in the Case is Most Senior.
We approched some Advocates. They made delay in filing the Case.
We are not able to get remedy even from the Advocates, in time.
