Property registry

 

dear friend i want to know what is process of registy & calculation of stamp duty & others spose property detail given bellow:

total agriculture land ******0.85 hectare

7000 sqr  feet land diverted & building construction area 5000 sqr feet at ground floor & 5000 sqr feet at first floor in divertion area

guide line value is 8096000/- & transaction value is rs. 1.75 cr


then how can calculat the stampduty, registri charges, upkar &other

plz any one help me.

Devender Pal ji! You  might be having knowledge that collector rate in each city for different areas is different and even rate of stamp duty and registration charges is different for different States. You hve not mentioned the location of property. How cn we guide you without knowing full facts. It is better for you to go to deed-writers sitting in the campus of registrar and obtain entire information thereform as we also have to enquire either online or from any person of your area.
