Property settlement

My Grandfather has 5 Children. 2 Men and 3 Women.

There is 10 acre property which was completely built by Grandfather, Grand mother and Female Children.

Grandfather and Grandmother was taken care by my last Uncle. After the death of my Grandmother, which was 2 Years back, My First Uncle who is the senior most person in the family started to stay along with my Grandfather.

Now, My Grandfather has filed his properties in favor of my First Uncle.

Is it possible anywhere in the LAW, to revise or revisit the Assets or properties moved to my First Uncle as the Female Children were involved in builiding the properties to a esteemed level.

Is it possible for us to have Grandfather share all the properties equally to the children (All 5). Does that need any Children's signature to have that as a valid proof ?

Thanks and Regards,

Arul
