Kindly advice on this matter, as mother sell her house & she wanted to buy two houses/ flats for her 2 sons. what is right way to avoide capital gain. can she purchase 2 flats for her name & transffer in our name ( 2 sons) through gift deed/ registery( blood relation) or have to purchase two flats by her 2 sons name directly to avoide any tax by herside & as well as her 2 sons side..... please advice on this matter....
