Yes.

You may submit a gentle communication to good offices of your appointing authority, Head-HR, MD mentioning your PF number has not been supplied to you despite your representations and same may be supplied to you within say...........days. If the good offices choose to maintain studied silence you can lodge a complaint with o/o concerned RPFC with a copy to CPFC. Once your name appears on the complaint it can have its own implications. Therefore please be prepared.

If you are a member of some trade union, the union can rake up the issue.

You can lodge a complaint with o/o labor Commissioner. This office can also take suo moto notice of the matter.

You can go thru the details and can also lodge online complaint at;

www.epfindia.gov.in,

 www.epfindia.com
