Public notice before property purchase

For the FIRST time, I am assisting purchase of a property and placed a PUBLIC NOTICE AD in 2 newspapers. In my AD I did not mention "Date and Place" because that is already mentioned on top of the newspaper. So in this case, will it be considered an invalid PUBLIC NOTICE if used in court in the future?

Given below is my ad:

"PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that xxxxxx s/o xxxxxx resident of xxxxxx, PUNE-23, have agreed to sell the property: xxxxxx, PUNE-35 to my client xxxxxx s/o xxxxxx. All persons claiming an interest in the said property or any part thereof by way of sale, gift, lease, inheritance, exchange, mortgage, charge, lien, trust, possession, easement, encumbrance, attachment or otherwise howsoever are hereby required to make the claim with documentary evidence to Adv. xxxxxx at office: xxxxxx, PUNE-25 within 15 days from the date hereof, failing which the said sale will be completed, without any reference to such claim and the same, if any, shall be considered as waived."
