I am purchasing flat from owner in pune (chinchwad) in cash. Where as the society is not formed yet. Its new construction the possesion letters to all owners not given yet. The builder gives only handover letter as some garden work is in completion process. My flat owner only made registration to his name. Sale deed remains, So my Question are--
1) What document I will take from Builder to purchase resale flat from owner as NOC, Handover letter, No dues etc...Please list down them.
2) If I make registration, so whether I phase any problems in sale deed? Since owner not made till date sale deed.
3) The owner given "Pradhikaran Transfer" charges to Builder So it is utilised by me to transfer to my name?
