Hi,
My wife has filed a false 498A case against me, my mother and my cousin brother. Allegations against them are very vague in the FIR. Against my mother my wife has mainly alleged:
- Mental and Physical harassment immediately after marriage. No time, place or nature of "cruelty" mentioned.
- Mental and Physical harassment and demand for dowry whenever she went to her own home. Again no time, day or nature of "cruelty" mentioned.
- Encouraged me over telephone to demand money from my wife to build house.
I want to quash the above allegations and remove my mother's name from the chargesheet. I want to present quashing application in High Court. Can you please suggest how should I proceed. What evidence/documents should I present with the quashing application to make it fool proof.
