I want to open a showroom of designer wear in Delhi. Its my own brand and will have clothes and accessories.
Please guide me as to what clearances I need to open up a showroom under the Delhi Shops Act, Delhi Fire Services Act, municipal laws etc. What all clearance certificates are needed? Under which acts do I need to register? Please help. Urgent.
