hi, i am fighting a partitiion suit case in my own in kochin. in a district court,partition suit case, how long /dates can a defendant delay with filing the affidavit for cross examination to be done? can plaintiff prayer for speedy trial if defendant delays n filing affidavit... can the cross exam on defendant be done on the same day he files the affidvait and documents or will court again sets a date for plaintiff side cross on defendant?
