Hi Forum Experts,
A Hindu father died without making any will for his properties. and He has two sons.
The sons doesn't make any partition deed but enjoying equal shares by mutual separation.
Now,
1. The sons can make will for their part of properties? (Please Note that they didn't make any partition deed and properties in father name)
2. How can make a will without partition deed ?
