We have a house which has two portions on ground floor and my parents reside on first floor. Its been 25 years that we are giving house for rent and never faced such an embarassing situation with any tenants except with the current one: There was no formal agreement for rented house.
Problem: Tenant win case in Rent Controller Court and judgement was infavor of tenant to vacate house as and when he wishes.
1. My parents asked In 2007 to vacate house for personal use but tenant was reluctant and was willing to pay rent in court. In 2007 August tenant filed case in Rent Controller court on us.
2. Tenant is working in Labor Court as a junior clerk.
3. My Father is a senior citizen and I am NRI. My Parents lodged many police complaints on tenant for all problems and harrasment that tenant is creating.
4. Till 2010, tenant did not entertain or submitted before law any kind of arguments, document proof and witness but he still wins law.
We need an expert opinion on the above problem.
