Our builder has collected Corpus Fund stating that the same will be transferred to the home owners association. We have formed the association and asked them to transfer the corpus fund but the builder is not doing it and never replied to our notices. Many months after the associations notice was sent, the builder has refunded some of the money form the corpus fund to some of the owners directly (which is obviously illegal since the association has already sent them notice claiming its right).... Now that being the case, I was wondering what the best way is to Corpus Fund from the builder? What are the legal options and which will be fastest and why?
