Rectification deed by first vendor

Hi,

A site was sold by a power agent in 1994 on behalf of the the owner to party A, in which the SF number and panchayat are wrongly written (the site is part of a larger plot covering two panchayts and SF's). The same site has been sold to party B (in 2004) with the same error carried forward, who sold it to party C (in 2011) with the same error.

The power of attorney was cancelled by the original owner in 1995 after the sites were all sold.

The error is now identified by party C, kindly clarify if the rectification deed correcting the mistakes be signed by only the original owner. Meaning Original owner of the site giving the rectification deed to party C qouting the history of sale.

Thanks

The GPA was cancelled.No problem.

The original owner (principle) in 1994 should execute Rectification deed first in favour of A. (1994)

Then A should execute Rectification deed in favour of B.(2004).

After that  B should execute Rectification deed in favour of C. (2011)

there the matter ends....

Checked in the Registrar office, the registrar said that it will be enough if the Pricipal signs the rectification deed for Paryt C, qouting the transactions made to A and B.

Is this ok
