Rectification of DEED by deletion of MINOR holder

"AGREEMENT TO SELL" contains name of husband and wife, FLAT is financed by SBI (RACPC) ,jamshedpur.

Due to mistake by lawyer REGISTERED DEED contains 3 holders 1) name of owner  2) owner's wife  3) their

 only daughter (MINOR), Now bank is not accepting the DEED for MORTGAGE.

Asked to RECTIFY the DEED by deleting the name of DAUGHTER OR  RE- REGISTRY the peoperty in court.

PLEASE  suggest me the suitable solution URGENTLY.

Is deletion of name possible ? if yes,  then HOW it can be done..

If  by mistake write a minor name in REGISTERED DEED u make a declaration for minor and registered it.
