Regading eviction order

My tenenat didn't comply the conditional order to pay rental arrears(aruond 2Lacs) he went for an appeal(RCA) its pending.

In mean time in main RCOP, I have got eviction order under following ground,

1.Willfull default
2.Bonafide

My clarifications are,

1.What option is available for my tenant now?
2.If he goes for an appeal against eviction order, whether judge will allow his appeal without paying the renatl arrears?
3.What happens to Conditional order RCA? is still go on?

please do reply ASAP.

Yes,your tenant may fiie appeal  against eviction order but he has to pay  arrears of rent before admission  of appeal .

He has to pay arrears as per direction of the Ld court then he can proceed with the appeal.  You have to make an application or make a submission in regarding that in an appeal.

Thank you.
