This is regarding the US citizenship processing of my husband. He need to submit either birth certificate or non availability certificate for the process. His birth is not registered and there is a descrepency in the dates. His records has a different value from the original date of birth. How easy is to get a non availability certificate from Trivandrum, corporation ,Kerala in this case? If you know anybody in the same scenario please let me know as to how they got the certificate.
