An association registered in 2011 is maintaining our apartment complex but the required periodic statutuary filings with the "Registrar of Societes" is not done since the incorporation of the association. Can an association which has not made any stautuary filing with the "Registrar of Societies" for more than 5 years continue to collect maintenance charges from it's members?
