We can sale the Agriculature Land without NOn Objection Certificate, but it is ansure that what is second purpose of the land. And making it clear on the agreement becaused any ususual uses of this land which required noc, then it is harmful for us becaused land revenue deptt. asked after that, why we sale this land after knowledge of the second use. So we can do but first getting satisfaction about this........

For sale of every Agricultural land (whether it is urban/rural) NOC is compulsory, since it is an open land.

To my belief, in Delhi NOC is mandatory on such transactions.
