Greetings.
House was bought 3 years back awaiting possession soon. (in Maharashtra)
House is in four family members name.
1> Self
2> Spouse
3> Father (Passed away recently)
4> Mother
No will. Have one elder brother. Hence he has 8.33% share in Fathers share of 25%.
He intends to make a release deed releasing his share to me.
Please help me in understanding how much should a release deed cost besides the agents commission.
The 8.33% share is close to 10 lacs as per market valuation.
