Dear Sir/Madam,
Our building is more than 90 years old. It is located in South Mumbai. The land was leased from the Govt for 99 years. This lease has expired and we have applied for renewal since 7 years. But the govt boduy isnot replying.
We have to subdivide the property on which our buildings are situated from the Seller's property but they say till the renewal isnot granted we cannot sub divide the property.
Can you guide.
