Hi All,
I knew there are two acts rgading disputes between Tanent and Land Lord.
1. Rent control Act : In this case rent should be less than RS 3500 /-
2. Transfer of Property Act : In this case rent should be more than Rs 3500/-.
My doubt is like in which case judgements come faster. Which act is more favour to Landlord.

you cannot choose forum. The Act will define who goes whcih coourt. In A.P. I have heard that a new Rent Control Law is in the making. Which is very favourable to the landlord (Building Owner)
