Dear Sir,
We have a house which is given on rent for past 3 years.
Till now we have not made any leave and licence agreement for this.
Is it recommended for making an agreement.
Suppose we had made leave and license agreement with the tenant for 11 months and we renew the same after every 11 months.
Now suppose the same tenant lives in the house for a particular duration (say 5 years) can he claim he right of ownership on our house?
