I live in Mumbai. I want to transfer ownership of piped PNG connection of Mahanagar Gas Ltd. from the previous owner to my name consequent to my purchase of his flat. Since I am unable to get his signature on the application form, I have to submit an Indemnity Bond. Can anyone please help me with the format & other details of the Indemnity Bond to be submitted?
