I am willing to buy a flat in Noida and have found a seller of the flat. I am not involving any agent as they are charging high rates for the deal. I have checked the authencity of the seller and found that the flat unit is registered at seller's name with the payment plan as mentioned to me by seller. I am willing to transfer the loan sanctioned on the flat from seller to my name.
Now as this is the resale property, how can i proceed for this deal.
Should i make a buyer seller agreement and what all document should i ask from the seller.
