Right to live in own property

Is the right to live in one's own property guaranteed by the Constitution? Can anybody prevent this? Please cite the relevant Act/Section.

You have every right to live in your own residence and you need not go to Act/Section and constitution and just report such violations against your rights to the jurisdictional police station, and they can manage and help you in such a situation.  Also, contact a local advocate for precise guidance of your such rights as experts in the open forum can not offer pinpointed guidance on strange and peculiar queries without studying material facts.
