hi i am divyesh, from gujarat, my uncle ( mother's brother ) was living in mumbai ( matunga ) he have a one room kithchn in old chawl system, since very long time. ( on rent -pagadi system like every where in mumbai ) now he has been expired . and he was not married. me and my sisters are only legal heirs. he also have made a will in favour of me and my sisters in which he has included the room where he was living. so can i transfer this room on my name , as the building owner is not giving the proper reply.
