Can I request CPIO, IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority) to provide Name and Addressess of the Individuals registered with IRDA as Insurance Agents for different companies.

Respected laywers

I have a query on the two issues

1.The recent notification by the Government that poythine bags issued by the super markets and other outlets had been discouraged by charging the clients between Rs1/- per bag to Rs.5/-

Acually these bags were given free of cost previously but now rhey are charging extra.Is that correct

i feel the law is misused

Instead they should reduce the cost from the total bill to encourage whoever is opting out the polythin bags

can any one put some light on this mater.It is corporate greed I feel.

2.In USA there a law once the husband wants for a diverse the government will ensure that half of his property is given to wife and the house is living will be entiled fr the wife to contunue.Whereas in India they chase the wives out and claim the house by changing the title.Is that correct as per law.
